Zoe White
Bio
Zoe (ZOH) is a Christian evangelist and artist creating one-of-a-kind layered wood artworks rooted in Scripture and devotion to God. Based in Baton Rouge, he serves as an elder at Home Fellowship of Baton Rouge and is the director of Declaring Truth Ministries. His work, both spoken and made, flows from a singular calling: to proclaim Christ with clarity, reverence, and excellence.
Each artwork begins as a hand-drawn digital composition, carefully developed to convey theological truth through form, depth, and restraint. Zoe prepares and finishes quality wood by hand, then precisely cuts and layers each element to build visual narrative and meaning.
“I create because I was created.” For Zoe, art is an act of worship, an offering to King Jesus and a means of embedding the Word of God into the spaces where believers live, gather, and reflect.
He works alongside his wife and seven children, creating "Art For King Jesus". This motto was inspired by Philippians 2:8-11:
"And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
